Getting started with 4Medics is simple, supportive, and designed around your needs. We guide you through every step — from the first conversation to ongoing care and monitoring.

1. Reach Out to Us

Contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or through our online form. We gather a few basic details to understand your situation and what support you’re looking for.

2. Quick Screening

We confirm your location, the type of care needed, and any special considerations such as dementia, autism support, or mobility challenges. If everything aligns, we schedule a home visit or virtual consultation.

3. In‑Depth Assessment

A qualified nurse or care coordinator meets with you to understand your needs in detail.

4. Personalised Care Plan

We create a tailored care plan outlining the services you need, how often support is required, your goals, and the caregiver best suited to you.

5. Service Agreement & Welcome Pack

You review and approve the service agreement, consent forms, and payment details. We then introduce your caregiver and provide all contact information and emergency protocols.

6. First Visit & Ongoing Support

Your caregiver begins services. A supervisor or nurse may check in during or after the first visit to ensure everything is going smoothly. We continue to monitor progress, gather feedback, and adjust the care plan as needed.
